- While on the Blue
Ridge Parkway go 2 miles north of Mabry Mill. Turn left
onto Conner Grove Road (VA state Road 799), this is at
milepost 174. After going about 3.1 miles look for the Buckmont
driveway, it will be to your right. The drive is paved and
has a Buckmont sign down low and to the left of the driveway.
Follow the drive to the top. The drive is 3/10ths of a mile,
curvy, steep in places and one lane. Blow your horn if you like
to let us know you are on your way up!
