Hall Sitting Area

Guests at Buckmont Bed and Breakfast can enjoy a private sitting area upstairs, or spend time on the upstairs screened in porch.

There are three uniquely decorated rooms at Buckmont.

Violet Room

Rose Room

Located right off of the upstairs porch, the Violet Room contains a Four Poster Cherry Bed (Queen)and matching chest. Two chairs form a sitting area at one end of the room. A great place to curl up and read! Lavender and violet accessories, a colorful bowl and pitcher, quilt and sheer ruffled curtains add a romantic feel to this room. Coordinated Private Bath in room with shower completes the feeling of romantic privacy.

Rose Room: Located adjacent to the upstairs porch,the Rose Room (our most popular room) contains an impressive hand-made Walnut Cannonball bed (king). Antique handmade walnut side tables and walnut marble top dresser complete the furnishings. Rose prints, fabrics and heirloom embroidery round out the decor. Coordinated Private Bath with shower completes the amenities.

The Bee Room is located at the back of the house with a window that overlooks the pasture. This room has an antique walnut double bed, washstand, dresser and wardrobe. Decorated with bumble-bee collectibles, hand-made quilt and country accents, this room takes you back to Grandma's time! Country coordinated Private Bath with shower rounds out this room. Each room has its own private bath. There are no telephones in the rooms, but there is one available for use in the case of an emergency.
