Wood Stove Limited Lifetime Warranty
This warranty covers the following headings
• Limited Lifetime Warranty
Covers: the Removable Secondary Air Tube against defects for part
replacement and labor for the first year and part replacement thereafter
to the original purchaser.
• 5 Year Warranty
Covers: Cabinet sides, Pedestals, Surround Panels, Glass, Chassis and
Door against defects for part replacement or repair and labor for the
first year and part replacement or repair for the remainder of the five
years to the original purchaser.
• One Year Warranty
Covers: Gold Plating, Glass and Painted surfaces against defects for
part replacement or repair and labor for the first year to the original
purchaser.
Exclusions
 | Gaskets and Firebricks are not covered by this warranty.

rates sheet.
| Painted Surfaces if damage is caused by scratching, marring,
fingerprints, abrasive cleaners, over-firing and
discoloration with age.
| Gold plating if damage is caused by scratching, marring,
fingerprints, abrasive cleaners, over-firing and
discoloration with age.
| Glass if damage is caused by scratching, marring, abrasive
cleaners, over-firing and discoloration, striking or
surface contaminants. |
