Stoves Boards & Hearth Extenders

American Panel Stove Boards

All sizes and designs are UL Listed for the ultimate protection.  The boards are manufactured in the United States using a special "thin set" bonding technique to give them the flexibility needed to withstand the weight of heavy stoves without cracking or splitting.  The steel frame around the edges of the boards provides strength around the perimeter which prevents chipping and separation.  Note: The Natural Oak Stove Board does not have a steel frame and is not for use with a wood burning appliance.  The Tartara Tile, Carmel Tile, Asian Slate, Cobblestone Tile, and Italien Verde Tile boards come in two sizes; 40"x40" and 48x48".  Both size boards come in either a "double cut" or "single cut" style.  The "double cut" styles are used either in an open installation or when the back of the board buts up to a wall.  The "single cut" styles are used when installing the board in a corner of the room.  Tartara Tile and Natural Oak offer an 24" x 36" octagonal cut.  The Castle Rock and Terra Cotta are square with rounded corners.  All boards are approximately 1 1/4" in thickness.

The Tartara Tile features beautiful textured Italian tile.  The Asian Slate features hand selected slate from China.  It is protected from scratching with a coat of clear acrylic finish.

R-CO Stove Board ConfigurationsR-CO Stove Boards and Hearth Extenders

Protect your floors and walls from heat, coals, and ashes with UL Listed R-CO Stove Boards.  They can be installed against walls with no spacer needed, reducing necessary stove clearances by 66% (12" minimum clearance is always required).  These beautiful stove boards are extremely tough and durable, requiring no special foundation.  They are easy to install, with complete step-by-step instructions and all the necessary installation hardware.  Stove boards come in brick and gray tile.  The brick style has a textured surface, while the gray tile surface is smooth.  Both styles have recessed mortar joints to give a three-dimensional effect.  Stove boards are approximately 1 1/4" thick.

Black Stove BoardsUL Listed Black Stove Boards And Hearth Extenders

Protects your floors from the intense heat, hot coals, ashes, and soot that woodstoves can produce.  Embossed pebble finish makes them scratch resistant.  These Black Stove Boards can be used under other heating appliances such as kerosene, gas, and electric heaters.  They are UL Listed and may also be used as a wall shield to protect walls from heat.  The 18" x 48" black Hearth Extender protects floors in front of fireplaces or woodstove doors.                                                                                                                   ©2000 CCS, Inc.
