Floyd Precious Metals Return Policy If the item purchased in not as claimed we will refund all costs, including S&H and return postage, upon receipt of the returned item. Unless specifically stated in the auction all other returns will be accepted for any item as long as it is in the same condition as mailed. Coins in a holder must be returned in the same holder, unopened. A ten percent restocking fee will be charged. Mailing costs will not be refunded. In all cases you must contact us within three days of receipt in order to make arrangement for the refund.
