Welcome to our farm in beautiful Giles
county Virginia!
Fall has arrived in the highlands ofVirginia – the sugar
maples are in full color and this morning – October 19, 2008 – we
awoke to our first heavy frost.
Frost on the
pumpkins & fall foliage at its height of color means we are in
full swing here on the farm, working hard to have all our trees
ready for the 2008 season. 2008 witnessed the continuation and
deepening of the drought gripping the southwest portions of
Virginia.
Happily our 90-acre, organic, Christmas tree farm has come through
the drought well and the trees are looking fantastic.
We are
now in our 18th year of operation and continue to offer
only the highest quality, sustainably grown Christmas trees
including: Fraser Fir, Douglas Fir,
Concolor
Fir
,
Colorado
Blue Spruce, Balsam Fir, and Grand Fir. At the
bottom of the page are links to each of our
species.
We open for cut
your own starting the day after Thanksgiving and are open on
weekends from Noon to Dusk (if you need to come earlier please call
first) through the season and by appointment during the week.
Be sure to ask us
about our “$20 any size tree” specials on select blocks of
trees.
DIRECTIONS: Follow the map below to our roadside
sign leading to the farm.
Many
thanks for visiting our web site - wishing you the
best.
